It all started with a 1974 Chevy P10 Step Van. In this step van, two entrepreneurs saw hand scooped ice cream, warm sunny days, fun and community.
The Parlor features hand scooped ice cream. Guests have their choice of a waffle cone, cake cone, or a dish along with their favorite ice cream flavor.
